OCTAX Ferti Proof System
OCTAX Ferti Proof System is a special barcode based system which ensures control and tracebility of all procedures in the IVF laboratory.
How does it work?
The patients qualified for the IVF treatment receive individual barcodes. Special printers are used for labeling dishes, tubes and other containers required in IVF process. Labels contain both the text name and birthday of the patients and a unique barcode identifying an individual container. Everything, including actions, gametes, and embryos are documented. To prevent mistakes, the system blocks itself if non-matching containers are scanned.
The documented data can be tracked, reviewed, and sorted in daily reports.
